12% of the gross tickets sales versus a mutually agreed upon minimum. All staffing and expenses are additional charges.
4% of the gross ticket sales versus a mutually agreed upon minimum. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.
First time promoters are required to forward a non-refundable deposit of $20,000 prior to tickets going on sale.
First time promoters are required to provide at least four business references.
Promoter must provide, from a company with an AM Best rating of at least A-, a minimum $1,000,000.00 commercial general liability policy. The City of Phoenix, Phoenix Arena Development and The Phoenix Suns must be named additional insureds. Please review the contract for full requirements and deadline information.
First time promoters must provide signed artist contracts prior to tickets being placed on sale.
Signed building license agreements must be received prior to tickets on sale.
The arena will vend all merchandise. The split is 70% to the artist and 30% to the arena.
The arena will schedule all staff including security, police and stagehands through either in-house or contract means.
